These centres are located near slum clusters^[5]

• Offers a chance to youth living in slum clusters to acquire new-age skills that will help them seek employment as well as a plethora of employment opportunities

• Enabling social & economic transformation for individuals and their families^[8:1]

Every student is given Foundation Courses first & then skills

2. Foundation Skills - Spoken English & Basic Computer skills
3. Skill Course as per demand

Infrastructure of the center

-- 2 Open classrooms
-- 1 Retail course class
-- Make-up skill class
-- Councelling room
-- Videos conferencing room

-- Internet tech hub with over 20 computers

• Currently 15 course are offered at the centre
• Most courses run for 21-22 days excluding holidays
• No fees or minimal fees up in the rage of Rs 1000 to Rs 3000
• Anyone in the need of a job can join the centre and upskill
• 600 students from low income group get trained every year at the centre

Placement assistence provided: 100% students at the centre offered the employment!! ^[10]

• Aditya, a son of a daily wage worker, got an employment with Indigo Airlines after completing the course in DSEU with the monthly salary of Rs 35000
• Shoaib, a son of a peon, got an employment with Amazon with Rs 30000 per month salary with his 12th pass qualification and a training at the DSEU
• Natasha got a job with V5 Global with Rs 25000 per month salary, her father is a peon
