- EMC aims to develop broad-based entrepreneurs & intrapreneurs who dream big, take risks, set vision for inspiring innovations and demand excellence in execution.
- Whatever the students choose to do, they must do it with the Entrepreneurship Mindset.

A daily 40 minute class with NO exams, NO Textbooks[3]
The pedagogy for nurturing the Entrepreneurship Mindset in students is primarily experiential, with some degree of inspiration and a lot of reflection[4]

The curriculum defines the entrepreneurship mindset as comprising of
1. Entrepreneurial Abilities
2. Foundation abilities
21st century skills such as critical thinking, ideation, collaboration, communication, decision-making, adapting to change and so on
3. Key qualities
refer to personal attributes such as curiosity, creativity, empathy, joyfulness, mindfulness, and so on
