- Started in Patiala, Ludhiana, Amritsar and Phagwara cities
2nd Phase (Since 20-June-2023)[3]
- Expanded to Jalandhar, Mohali, Bathinda, Hoshiarpur & Sangrur cities
3rd Phase (Approved on 24-Jan-2024)[4]
- Expanded to Barnala, Faridkot, Fatehgarh Sahib, Ferozepur, Fazilka, Gurdaspur, Kapurthala, Mansa, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Pathankot, Rupnagar, Nawanshahr, Tarn Taran and Malerkotla
4th Phase (Approved on 14-Mar-2024)[1:2]
- Expanded to villages and blocks
- Starting from 16 March 2024
- The Government has recruited 315 new yoga trainers for this
