• May 2026: Kit distribution launched by CM Bhagwant Mann at Sangrur^[3]
• July 2026: 33.86 lakh kits distributed^[2:1]
• 21 July 2026: 10 lakh new ration cards announced (7 lakh newly eligible families + 3 lakh e-Shram/migrant workers); each new beneficiary gets 5 kg wheat plus the Meri Rasoi kit^[4]
