Many students especially girls drop out from schools due to absence of safe & secure transport

Currently covers ~200 schools, including 118 Schools of Eminence[1]

IMPACT: BUS facility has curtailed the trend of students, especially girls, dropping out[1:1]

-- 10,448 students, comprising 7,698 girls and 2,740 boys
-- 4,304 girl students avail it for distances 10-20 kilometers
-- 1,002 girls are benefiting for distances 20+ kilometers

  • Started with 117 Schools of eminence & 15-20 girls’ schools
  • School management committees will hire buses
  • Schools will pay ₹1,200 to the transporter per student
    -- 80% funds i.e. ₹960 will be paid by the government
    -- 20% i.e. ₹240 will be contributed by parents
