¶ Delhi: 2013^[1]

08 Sep 2014: Arvind Kejriwal released a Sting video purportedly showing Delhi BJP VP Sher Singh Dagar offering Rs 4 crore to AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya

• Trying to bribe an AAP legislator to switch sides and help the BJP form a government in the capital
• Delhi state president’s rule since February 2014

¶ Delhi: 2022^[2]

25 August 2022: 12 Delhi AAP lawmakers were contacted with 20 cr offer under Operation Lotus as alleged by AAP in Delhi

• BJP contacted 12 Delhi AAP lawmakers to “bring down” the Arvind Kejriwal-led government in Delhi
• AAP MLAs were told that the saffron party was in touch with "20-25 MLAs" of the Kejriwal-led party
• An offer of Rs 20 crore each to switch sides

¶ Punjab: 2022^[3][4]

14 Sep 2022: 10 AAP Punjab MLAs alleged BJP tried to buy them by offering them Rs 25 crore each

15 September 2022: FIR was registered by Punjab Police under Section 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, and Sections 171-B and 120-B of IPC^[5]

• Apart from offers of money, ministerial positions were offered as well if the BJP forms the government
• Told them that their meeting will be arranged with vadde baau ji‘ and with big leaders in Delhi
• They were told if you bring three-four MLAs, then you will be offered Rs 50-70 crore

27 Jan 2024: 7 AAP MLAs offered Rs 25 crore to quit party as alleged by AAP

• AAP claimed that the recording of a person who contacted one of the party MLAs was available and which will be shown
• This is amid claims of imminent Arvind Kejriwal arrest by ED
