ફિનલેન્ડ સાથે એમઓયુ : દિલ્હી પછી બીજું રાજ્ય

દિલ્હીની આગેવાની બાદ, પંજાબ ફિનલેન્ડમાં પ્રાથમિક શાળાના શિક્ષકોને અદ્યતન તાલીમ પ્રદાન કરવા માટે કરાર સ્થાપિત કરનાર ભારતનું બીજું રાજ્ય બન્યું છે ^[2]
-- 72 સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકો ટૂંક સમયમાં તુર્કુ યુનિવર્સિટીમાં 3-અઠવાડિયાની તાલીમ માટે ફિનલેન્ડ જશે ^[1:1]

માને જણાવ્યું હતું કે તેઓ તાલીમ માટે પસંદ કરાયેલા એક આચાર્યને મળ્યા હતા જેમણે તેમની શાળા માટે પોતાના પગારમાંથી ₹7 લાખનું દાન કર્યું હતું.

• પંજાબ સરકારે 27મી સપ્ટેમ્બર 2027ના રોજ ફિનલેન્ડ એમ્બેસી ખાતે યુનિવર્સિટી ઓફ તુર્કુ, ફિનલેન્ડ સાથે એમઓયુ પર હસ્તાક્ષર કર્યા
• 5 ફિનિશ યુનિવર્સિટીઓએ આ તાલીમ આપવા માટે રસ દાખવ્યો હતો, આખરે તુર્કુ યુનિવર્સિટીની પસંદગી કરવામાં આવી હતી.

• આચાર્યો/શિક્ષકોની ક્ષિતિજ પહોળી કરો
• તેમને અદ્યતન શિક્ષણ પ્રથાઓ અને નેતૃત્વ કૌશલ્યોથી સજ્જ કરવું
• શિક્ષણ-અધ્યયન સામગ્રી અને ઓડિયો-વિઝ્યુઅલ ટેકનોલોજીનું નિર્માણ

પસંદગી પ્રક્રિયા સંપૂર્ણપણે પારદર્શક છે અને પસંદગી સમિતિ નક્કી કરેલા પરિમાણોના આધારે આચાર્ય/શિક્ષકોની પસંદગી કરે છે.
