કોંગ્રેસ અને ભાજપે અનેક પ્રસંગોએ AAP ગેરંટીઓની ભારે ટીકા કરી છે [1] [2]

હમણાં : "કૉપિ કરો"
બંને પક્ષો નીચે ચર્ચા કર્યા મુજબ AAP ની ગેરંટીની નકલ કરતા પકડાયા છે

AAP ગેરંટી

AAP સમગ્ર રાજ્યોમાં ઉદ્દેશ્ય અને યોજનાઓમાં સુસંગત છે

  • 2020ની દિલ્હીની ચૂંટણીમાં, AAPએ ગેરંટીનો ક્રાંતિકારી વિચાર રજૂ કર્યો. ત્યારથી, નીચેની બાંયધરી AAP ના રાજકીય અભિયાનની ઓળખ બની ગઈ છે
  • AAPએ આમાંથી મોટા ભાગના દિલ્હીમાં પૂરા કર્યા છે, પંજાબમાં પ્રોગ્રિસમાં કામ કર્યું છે અને તમામ વિધાનસભા ચૂંટણીઓમાં ઉપરોક્ત સમાન ગેરંટી આપી છે.
    દા.ત. દિલ્હી [3] , પંજાબ [4] , હિમાચલ [5] , ગુજરાત [6] અને કર્ણાટક [7] 2020-2023 વચ્ચે.
  • વીજળીનો અધિકાર: 24x7 મફત 300 યુનિટ સુધી વીજળી
  • પાણીનો અધિકાર: 24x7 20,000L સુધી મફત સ્વચ્છ પાણી
  • મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ :
    - રાજ્યની બસોમાં મહિલાઓ માટે મફત મુસાફરી
    -- માસિક ભથ્થું: દર 18+ મહિલાઓ માટે રૂ. 1000
  • બધા માટે ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત મફત શિક્ષણ (જેમાં તમામ સરકારી શાળાઓને સુધારવાનો સમાવેશ થાય છે)
  • ગુણવત્તાયુક્ત મફત આરોગ્યસંભાળ : નવી હોસ્પિટલો અને મોહલ્લા ક્લિનિક્સ
  • વૃદ્ધો માટે મફત તીરથ યાત્રા : આધ્યાત્મિક જરૂરિયાતો માટે
  • યુવાનો માટે બેરોજગારી ભથ્થું

કોંગ્રેસ AAPની નકલ કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરે છે પરંતુ નિષ્ફળ જાય છે

  1. કર્ણાટક 2023ની ચૂંટણી : કોંગ્રેસે પ્રચાર માટે AAP સ્ટાઇલ ગેરંટી અને ગેરંટી કાર્ડની નકલ કરી [8]
  • ચૂંટણી જીતે છે, પરંતુ
    -- જીત્યા પછી introduces new and complicated conditions [9] [10] [11]
    -- burdens the citizens by increasing taxes [૧૨]
    -- મોટાભાગે તમામ યોજનાઓ માટે introduces application forms જેનાથી વધુ ભ્રષ્ટાચારનો માર્ગ મોકળો થાય છે અને સંભવતઃ એવા ગરીબોને બાકાત રાખવામાં આવે છે જેમની પાસે પૂરતા દસ્તાવેજો નથી [13] [10:1] [11:1]
    -- સંભવતઃ ચૂંટણી યુક્તિઓ માટે નાણા વાળવા માટે stopped infrastructure funds [14]

    A. 200 યુનિટ મફત જો માસિક બિલ પાછલા વર્ષના સરેરાશ વપરાશ કરતા ઓછું હોય એટલે કે If consumer with average 100 units consumes 150 units of power in a month, then he has to pay 50 units bill [11:2]
    B. મફત બસ સેવા માત્ર જો [10:2]
    a ચોક્કસ બસ પ્રકારો અને રૂટોમાં મુસાફરી કરવી, બધી નહીં
    b પુરૂષો (હા! પુરૂષો, સ્ત્રીઓ નહીં)ને અગ્રતા બેઠક હશે
    c તેઓ આ માટે 1 અઠવાડિયાના એડવાન્સ બુકિંગની જરૂરિયાત રજૂ કરી શકે છે [15]

  1. હિમાચલ 2022ની ચૂંટણી : કોંગ્રેસે ફરીથી મફત વીજળી, મહિલા ભથ્થું યોજનાઓની નકલ કરી [17]

  1. રાજસ્થાન કોંગ્રેસ સરકાર :

    -- 100 unit free electricity (Why not 200 units like Karnataka?) and makes people stand in queues [19]

  1. મધ્ય પ્રદેશ ચૂંટણી : કોંગ્રેસ ફરી AAPની નકલ કરી રહી છે અને સમાન ગેરંટી જાહેર કરી રહી છે [24]
  • શું આ જ 'ફ્રીબીઝ' કોંગ્રેસની અગાઉ ટીકા નથી થતી?
  • તમામ રાજ્યોમાં લાગુ નથી, કેમ? માત્ર ચૂંટણીલક્ષી લાભ માટે, લોક કલ્યાણ માટે નહીં
  • પરંતુ શું કોંગ્રેસ સુશાસન અને ભ્રષ્ટાચાર વિરોધી નીતિ જેવી AAP વિના આને ટકાવી શકશે ?

બીજેપી AAPની બાંયધરીઓની નકલ કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરે છે પરંતુ અડધા દિલથી

  1. આસામ ભાજપ સરકાર :
  • ભાજપે મહિલાઓ માટે રોકડની જાહેરાત કરી હતી, જે આસામની ચૂંટણી પહેલા AAPની મહિલા સશક્તિકરણની ગેરંટી સમાન હતી .[25]
  1. HP BJP સરકાર :
  • ભાજપે ચૂંટણીના મહિનાઓ પહેલા 125 યુનિટ ફ્રી વીજળી લાગુ કરી હતી [26]
  • અને હિમાચલની ચૂંટણીના 12 દિવસ પછી, મોદીએ ગુજરાતની ચૂંટણી દરમિયાન મફત વીજળીની ઓફરની ટીકા કરી હતી [27]
  1. મધ્ય પ્રદેશ ભાજપ સરકાર :
  • ચૂંટણીના મહિનાઓ પહેલા, મહિલાઓ માટે રૂ.1000ની યોજનાની જાહેરાત કરી [28]
  1. ગોવા ભાજપ સરકાર :
  • ચૂંટણીના મહિનાઓ પહેલા, મફત તીરથ યાત્રા યોજનાની જાહેરાત કરી [29]
  • પરંતુ શું ભાજપ ચૂંટણી પૂરી થયા પછી તેમને ચાલુ રાખશે?
  • શું આ એ જ 'ફ્રીબીઝ' નથી જેની તેઓ આજે પણ ટીકા કરે છે?
  • તમામ રાજ્યોમાં લાગુ નથી, કેમ? માત્ર ચૂંટણીલક્ષી લાભ માટે, લોક કલ્યાણ માટે નહીં

મોહલ્લા ક્લિનિકની નકલો: નબળું ઇન્ફ્રા અને સંખ્યામાં બહુ ઓછા

ઘણા રાજ્યોએ સફળ મોહલ્લા ક્લિનિક મોડલની નકલ કરવામાં રસ દાખવ્યો છે, જે AAPએ દિલ્હી અને બાદમાં પંજાબમાં રજૂ કર્યો હતો પરંતુ ન્યાય કરવામાં નિષ્ફળ રહ્યા હતા.

  1. શરૂઆતમાં ટીકા કર્યા બાદ ભાજપે મોહલ્લા ક્લિનિક્સની જેમ ગુજરાતમાં દીન દયાલ ક્લિનિક્સની જાહેરાત કરી હતી [30]
  2. તેલંગાણાએ 2022 માં મોહલ્લા ક્લિનિક્સ જેવી જ તબીબી સુવિધાઓ ખોલવાની જાહેરાત કરી .[31]
  3. ભાજપે 2022માં કરણાટકમાં AAPના મોહલ્લા ક્લિનિક્સના નમૂનારૂપ નમ્મા ક્લિનિક્સ બનાવવાની જાહેરાત કરી હતી [32]
