താഴെ ചർച്ച ചെയ്തതുപോലെ AAP യുടെ ഉറപ്പുകൾ പകർത്തിയതിന് ഇരു പാർട്ടികളും പിടിക്കപ്പെട്ടു

¶ ¶ എഎപി ഗ്യാരണ്ടികൾ

സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലുടനീളമുള്ള ഉദ്ദേശ്യങ്ങളിലും പദ്ധതികളിലും എഎപി സ്ഥിരത പുലർത്തുന്നു

• 2020 ലെ ഡൽഹി തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ AAP ഗ്യാരണ്ടികൾ എന്ന വിപ്ലവകരമായ ആശയം അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. അതിനുശേഷം, ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന ഉറപ്പുകൾ എഎപിയുടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ പ്രചാരണത്തിൻ്റെ മുഖമുദ്രയായി മാറി
• ഇവയിൽ മിക്കതും ആംആദ്മി ഡൽഹിയിൽ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്, പഞ്ചാബിൽ വർക്ക് ഇൻ പ്രോഗ്രീസ്, എല്ലാ നിയമസഭാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിലും സമാനമായ ഉറപ്പുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

• വെള്ളത്തിനുള്ള അവകാശം: 24x7 20,000 ലിറ്റർ വരെ സൗജന്യ ശുദ്ധജലം
• സ്ത്രീ ശാക്തീകരണം :
  -- സംസ്ഥാന ബസുകളിൽ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് സൗജന്യ യാത്ര
  -- പ്രതിമാസ അലവൻസ്: 18+ സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് 1000 രൂപ
• എല്ലാവർക്കും ഗുണമേന്മയുള്ള സൗജന്യ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം (എല്ലാ സർക്കാർ സ്കൂളുകളും മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു)

¶ ¶ ആം ആദ്മി പാർട്ടിയെ പകർത്താൻ കോൺഗ്രസ് ശ്രമിച്ചെങ്കിലും പരാജയപ്പെടുന്നു

1. കർണാടക 2023 തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് : കോൺഗ്രസ് AAP ശൈലിയിലുള്ള ഗ്യാരണ്ടികളും ഗ്യാരൻ്റി കാർഡുകളും പ്രചാരണത്തിനായി പകർത്തി ^[8]

• തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളിൽ വിജയിക്കുന്നു, പക്ഷേ
  -- വിജയിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം introduces new and complicated conditions ^{[9] [10] [11]}
  -- burdens the citizens by increasing taxes ^[12]

• ഇതേ 'സൗജന്യങ്ങൾ' കോൺഗ്രസിനെ നേരത്തെ വിമർശിച്ചതല്ലേ?
• എല്ലാ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും നടപ്പിലാക്കിയിട്ടില്ല, എന്തുകൊണ്ട്? പൊതു ക്ഷേമത്തിനല്ല, തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നേട്ടങ്ങൾക്കായി മാത്രം
• എന്നാൽ നല്ല ഭരണവും അഴിമതി വിരുദ്ധ നയവും പോലെ എഎപി ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ കോൺഗ്രസിന് ഇവ നിലനിർത്താൻ കഴിയുമോ ?

¶ ¶ എഎപിയുടെ ഉറപ്പുകൾ പകർത്താൻ ബിജെപി ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു, പക്ഷേ പാതി മനസ്സോടെ

1. അസം ബിജെപി സർക്കാർ :

• ആസാം തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് മുമ്പ് AAP യുടെ സ്ത്രീ ശാക്തീകരണ ഗ്യാരണ്ടിക്ക് സമാനമായി ബിജെപി സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് പണം പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു ^[25]

2. എച്ച്പി ബിജെപി സർക്കാർ :

• തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് മുമ്പ് ബിജെപി 125 യൂണിറ്റ് സൗജന്യ വൈദ്യുതി നടപ്പാക്കി ^[26]
• ഹിമാചൽ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് 12 ദിവസങ്ങൾക്ക് ശേഷം, ഗുജറാത്ത് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ സൗജന്യ വൈദ്യുതി വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തതിനെ മോദി വിമർശിച്ചു ^[27]

3. മധ്യപ്രദേശ് ബിജെപി സർക്കാർ :

• തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് മുമ്പ്, സ്ത്രീകൾക്കായി 1000 രൂപ പദ്ധതി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു ^[28]

4. ഗോവ ബിജെപി സർക്കാർ :

• തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന് മാസങ്ങൾക്ക് മുമ്പ്, സൗജന്യ തീരഥ് യാത്ര പദ്ധതി ^[29] പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.

• എന്നാൽ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ബിജെപി അത് തുടരുമോ?
• ഇന്നും ഇവർ വിമർശിക്കുന്ന 'സൗജന്യങ്ങൾ' തന്നെയല്ലേ?
• എല്ലാ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലും നടപ്പിലാക്കിയിട്ടില്ല, എന്തുകൊണ്ട്? പൊതു ക്ഷേമത്തിനല്ല, തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നേട്ടങ്ങൾക്കായി മാത്രം

¶ മൊഹല്ല ക്ലിനിക്ക് പകർപ്പുകൾ: മോശം ഇൻഫ്രാ & എണ്ണത്തിൽ വളരെ കുറവാണ്

ഡൽഹിയിലും പിന്നീട് പഞ്ചാബിലും എഎപി അവതരിപ്പിച്ച വിജയകരമായ മൊഹല്ല ക്ലിനിക്ക് മാതൃക പകർത്താൻ പല സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളും താൽപര്യം പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും നീതി നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതിൽ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു.

1. ആദ്യം വിമർശിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം മൊഹല്ല ക്ലിനിക്കുകളുടെ മാതൃകയിൽ ഗുജറാത്തിൽ ദീൻ ദയാൽ ക്ലിനിക്കുകൾ ബിജെപി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു ^[30]
2. 2022-ൽ മൊഹല്ല ക്ലിനിക്കുകൾക്ക് സമാനമായ മെഡിക്കൽ സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ തുറക്കുമെന്ന് തെലങ്കാന പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു ^[31]
3. എഎപിയുടെ മൊഹല്ല ക്ലിനിക്കുകളുടെ മാതൃകയിൽ നമ്മ ക്ലിനിക്കുകൾ 2022ൽ കർണാടകയിൽ ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്ന് ബിജെപി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു ^[32]
