खाली चर्चा केल्याप्रमाणे दोन्ही पक्ष AAP च्या हमींची कॉपी करताना पकडले गेले आहेत

¶ ¶ AAP हमी

AAP राज्यभरातील हेतू आणि योजनांमध्ये सुसंगत आहे

• 2020 च्या दिल्ली निवडणुकीत AAP ने हमीभावाची क्रांतिकारी कल्पना मांडली. तेव्हापासून, खालील हमीपत्रे 'आप'च्या राजकीय प्रचाराचे वैशिष्ट्य बनले आहेत
• AAP ने यापैकी बहुतेक दिल्लीत पूर्ण केले आहेत, पंजाबमध्ये प्रगतीपथावर काम केले आहे आणि सर्व विधानसभा निवडणुकांमध्ये वरीलप्रमाणेच हमी दिल्या आहेत

¶ काँग्रेसने 'आप'ची नक्कल करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला पण अपयशी ठरले

1. कर्नाटक 2023 निवडणुका : काँग्रेसने प्रचारासाठी AAP स्टाईल हमी आणि हमी कार्ड कॉपी केले ^[8]

• निवडणुका जिंकल्या, पण

  -- burdens the citizens by increasing taxes ^[१२]

4. मध्य प्रदेश निवडणुका : काँग्रेस पुन्हा 'आप'ची नक्कल करत आहे आणि तत्सम हमीभाव जाहीर करत आहे ^[२४]

• याच 'फुकट' काँग्रेसवर पूर्वी टीका होत नाही का?
• सर्व राज्यांमध्ये लागू नाही, का? केवळ निवडणुकीच्या फायद्यासाठी, लोककल्याणासाठी नाही
• पण सुशासन आणि भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी धोरण यांसारख्या AAP शिवाय काँग्रेस हे टिकवून ठेवू शकेल का ?

¶ ¶ भाजपने आपच्या हमींची नक्कल करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला परंतु अर्ध्या मनाने

1. आसाम भाजप सरकार :

• आसाम निवडणुकीपूर्वी AAP च्या महिला सक्षमीकरण हमीप्रमाणेच भाजपने महिलांसाठी रोख रक्कम जाहीर केली ^[२५]

2. HP भाजप सरकार :

• भाजपने निवडणुकीच्या काही महिने आधी १२५ युनिट मोफत वीज लागू केली ^[२६]
• आणि हिमाचल निवडणुकीच्या 12 दिवसांनंतर, मोदींनी गुजरात निवडणुकीदरम्यान मोफत वीज देण्याच्या ऑफरवर टीका केली ^[२७]

3. मध्य प्रदेश भाजप सरकार :

• निवडणुकीच्या काही महिने आधी, महिलांसाठी रु.1000 योजना जाहीर केली ^[28]

4. गोवा भाजप सरकार :

• निवडणुकीच्या काही महिन्यांपूर्वी मोफत तीरथ यात्रा योजना जाहीर केली ^[२९]

• पण निवडणुका संपल्यानंतर भाजप त्यांना कायम ठेवणार का?
• आजही ते याच 'फुकट' टीका करत नाहीत का?
• सर्व राज्यांमध्ये लागू नाही, का? केवळ निवडणुकीच्या फायद्यासाठी, लोकहितासाठी नाही

¶ मोहल्ला क्लिनिकच्या प्रती: खराब इन्फ्रा आणि संख्या खूपच कमी

अनेक राज्यांनी यशस्वी मोहल्ला क्लिनिक मॉडेलची कॉपी करण्यात स्वारस्य दाखवले आहे, जे AAP ने दिल्ली आणि नंतर पंजाबमध्ये सादर केले परंतु न्याय करण्यात अपयशी ठरले

1. सुरुवातीला टीका केल्यानंतर भाजपने मोहल्ला क्लिनिकच्या धर्तीवर गुजरातमध्ये दीनदयाल क्लिनिकची घोषणा केली ^[३०]
2. तेलंगणाने २०२२ मध्ये मोहल्ला दवाखान्याप्रमाणे वैद्यकीय सुविधा सुरू करण्याची घोषणा केली ^[३१]
