• ନିବେଶକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ 40% ଆର୍ଥିକ ଅନୁଦାନ ଥିବାବେଳେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ସରୁ ସମାନ ପରିମାଣର ବିନିଯୋଗ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ଏବଂ ବାକି 20% ଯେକ any ଣସି ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନରୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ ^{[2: 1]}
