ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2024 : 607 ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ^[1]

ਨਵੰਬਰ 2023 : ਆਪ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਐਮਸੀਡੀ ਨੇ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ~ 6500 ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ^[2]

ਠੇਕਾ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕਰਨਾ MCD ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 'ਆਪ' ਦੀਆਂ 10 ਚੋਣ ਗਾਰੰਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਸੀ ^[3]

• AAP ਦੇ MCD ਨੇ ਨਵੰਬਰ 2023 ਤੱਕ 6494 ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ
• ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਨਾਲਾ ਬੇਲਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੈਗੂਲਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ^[4]
• MCD ਕੋਲ 18,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਫਾਈ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਠੇਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਹਨ ^[4:1]
• ਸੈਨੀਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੇਕੇ ਦੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਉਪਰਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ
