ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ 'ਆਪ' ਦੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ [1] [2]

ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ 'ਆਪ' ਦੀਆਂ ਗਾਰੰਟੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਨਕਲ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਫੜੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ

'ਆਪ' ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਰਾਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕਸਾਰ ਹੈ

  • 2020 ਦੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, AAP ਨੇ ਗਰੰਟੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇਨਕਲਾਬੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ, ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਗਾਰੰਟੀਆਂ 'ਆਪ' ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਬਣ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ
  • 'ਆਪ' ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ 'ਚ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ, ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ 'ਚ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਗਾਰੰਟੀਆਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।

  • ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ: 24x7 ਮੁਫਤ 300 ਯੂਨਿਟ ਬਿਜਲੀ
  • ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ: 24x7 20,000L ਤੱਕ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਸਾਫ਼ ਪਾਣੀ
  • ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ :
    - ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਬੱਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਯਾਤਰਾ
    - ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਭੱਤਾ: ਹਰ 18+ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ 1000 ਰੁਪਏ
  • ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ (ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ)

ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ 'ਆਪ' ਦੀ ਨਕਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਰ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹੀ

  1. ਕਰਨਾਟਕ 2023 ਚੋਣਾਂ : ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਲਈ 'ਆਪ' ਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਦੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਕਾਰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਕਲ ਕੀਤੀ [8]
  • ਚੋਣਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ
    -- ਜਿੱਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ introduces new and complicated conditions [9] [10] [11]
    - burdens the citizens by increasing taxes [12]
    -- ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਲਈ introduces application forms ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਰ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਰਾਹ ਪੱਧਰਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਭਵ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ [13] [10:1] [11:1]
