Entrepreneurship made a compulsory subject in 3,692 Govt senior secondary schools: ~5.60 lakh students of Class 11 & 12 learn to turn ideas into businesses^[1]
-- Class 11: Business Blasters (since 2022-23); Class 12 curriculum from 2026-27^[1:1]
-- 10,382 teachers & 231 master trainers trained^[1:2]

Aim: make Punjab's youth job creators, not job seekers^[2]

• Class 12 syllabus covers startup challenges, legal procedures, finance & budgeting
• Entrepreneurship Mindset Course (EMC) introduced by CM Bhagwant Mann & Arvind Kejriwal in Oct 2025^[2:1]
• Class 11 students get seed money to run real business ideas: Business Blasters

¶ 2. ITIs & Polytechnics^[3]

• Entrepreneurship/Business curriculum in 322 ITIs & 91 Polytechnics
• 36,139 students working on their own business ideas on a digital platform
• Quarterly residential startup bootcamps (1st in March 2026)

¶ 3. Colleges

• Punjab University to roll out entrepreneurship curriculum across ~200 colleges^[4]
