1^st Phase (Since 05-Apr-2023)^[3]

• Started in Patiala, Ludhiana, Amritsar and Phagwara cities

2^nd Phase (Since 20-June-2023)^[4]

• Expanded to Jalandhar, Mohali, Bathinda, Hoshiarpur & Sangrur cities

3^rd Phase (Approved on 24-Jan-2024)^[5]

• Expanded to Barnala, Faridkot, Fatehgarh Sahib, Ferozepur, Fazilka, Gurdaspur, Kapurthala, Mansa, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Pathankot, Rupnagar, Nawanshahr, Tarn Taran and Malerkotla

4^th Phase (Approved on 14-Mar-2024)^[6]

• Expanded to villages and blocks
• Starting from 16 March 2024
• The Government has recruited 315 new yoga trainers for this
