¶ 1. eBooking facility & Renovated Kissan Bhavan

1100% more income of Rs 2.63 crore for April23 - December23 than the previous year^[3][4][5]

• Kissan Bhavan at Chandigarh and Kisan Haveli in Anandpur Sahib are renovated^[3:1][4:1]
• eBooking facility provided to book the guest rooms^[3:2]

¶ 2. Solar plants in mandis^[6]

₹24.5 crore solar power plants in grain markets of Jalandhar, Patiala, Ferozepur & Ludhiana
-- To save ~₹3.5 crore every year on electricity

• 50,000+ saplings to be planted in mandis (July 2025)

¶ 3. Santioning unused properties to public

720 plots across various mandis in the state^[7]
-- Generated Rs.324 crore in revenue
-- Unused properties being put in use for farm related business and boost economy
-- Sold via e-auction i.e. 100% transparency

• The board has large inventory with 1,872 mandis having around 10,000 plus properties^[8]
