The state agricultural marketing board (Mandi board) overseas the expenditure of the rural development funds (RDF) in the state

¶ 1. eBooking facility & Renovated Kissan Bhavan

1100% more income of Rs 2.63 crore for April23 - December23 than the previous year^[1][2][3]

• Kissan Bhavan at Chandigarh and Kisan Haveli in Anandpur Sahib are renovated^[1:1][2:1]
• eBooking facility provided to book the guest rooms^[1:2]

¶ 2. Santioning unused properties to public

720 plots across various mandis in the state^[4]
-- Generated Rs.324 crore in revenue
-- Unused properties being put in use for farm related business and boost economy
-- Sold via e-auction i.e. 100% transparency

• The board has large inventory with 1,872 mandis having around 10,000 plus properties^[5]
