Govt to save ~₹200-crore in the next 5 years in Seva Kendra Operations
- Contract has been shifted to transaction-based model, doing away with the earlier revenue-sharing model
- Entrusted operator will provide all IT (desktop, computers, scanners etc.) and non-IT infrastructure (ACs and water-coolers)
- Earlier, these infrastructure facilities were being provided by the government at sewa kendras
