A mobile application PSEB-MATQ for checking question paper leaks in the upcoming Class X and XII board exams beginning in Feburuary 2024^[1]

12 February 2024: Mobile app announced by Chairperson of Punjab School Education Board^[1:1]

¶ Features^[1:2]

• This app is used for tracking of question papers and answer sheets submitted at collection centers
• Each packet would have a QR code
• Avoids wrong subject paper distribution as the app will not scan packets of wrong subjects
• Question papers cannot be received by any unauthorised person, as only mobile numbers registered with the board can access the app therefore avoiding paper leakages
• For additional safety, sealed packets of question papers would be kept at banks allotted by the board
