Following Delhi’s lead, Punjab has become 2nd state in India to establish an agreement for providing advanced training to primary school teachers in Finland[2]
-- Govt primary teachers go to Finland for 3-week training at University of Turku[1:1]

  • Equipping them with the state-of-the-art teaching practices & leadership skills
  • Creation of teaching-learning materials and audio-visual technology

The selection process is completely transparent and a selection committee selects the principals/teachers based on laid-down parameters
