¶ What the Authority is^[1:1]

• A statutory body under the Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs
• Administrative, financial and regulatory powers for integrated development, land management, project implementation and destination governance
• Chaired by the Chief Minister; the Tourism and Cultural Affairs Minister is Vice-Chairman
• An Executive Committee headed by the Chief Secretary oversees day-to-day work and coordination between departments
