-- Loan was by the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation (PSCFC)
-- Covers all PSCFC loans disbursed up to 31 March 2020; the state government reimburses principal, interest and penal interest to the Corporation
-- "No Due Certificates" issued to every loanee
-- Punjab Cabinet waives PSCFC loans up to March 2020
